2. Health Certificates & Veterinary Care

Coastal Danes provides each puppy with a Florida Health Certificate, issued by a licensed veterinarian as required by state law.
This certificate reflects the puppy’s condition at the time of examination only and does not guarantee long-term health.

Once a puppy leaves our possession, we are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or conditions caused by environmental factors, diet, stress, parasites, or improper care.

3. No Guarantees of Size, Temperament, or Color

While we provide honest assessments of each puppy’s personality and projected size, no guarantees are made regarding adult size, temperament, color changes, markings, or future health outcomes.

Great Danes are a giant breed and may experience rapid growth, orthopedic issues, and other breed-specific conditions. Buyers understand these risks.

4. Puppies Are Sold as Companion Animals

Unless explicitly stated in writing, all Coastal Danes puppies are placed in pet homes only with limited registration (no breeding rights).
Unauthorized breeding of a Coastal Danes puppy is prohibited.

5. Deposits & Payments

All deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit holds a specific puppy or pick order and removes that puppy from public availability.

Remaining balance is due at pickup.
We do not ship puppies cargo.

6. Website Content & Ownership

All photos, logos, text, and digital assets displayed on this website are the property of Coastal Danes LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use of our name, branding, or puppy photos is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Notice

We do not sell or share your personal information.
Information submitted through contact forms or applications is used solely for communication and puppy placement.

8. Changes to Information

Prices, availability, litter plans, policies, and information on this website may change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to update our breeding program, pricing, policies, and contracts as needed.

9. Binding Agreement

By placing a deposit or purchasing a puppy from Coastal Danes, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms along with the complete Puppy Purchase Contract provided during the reservation process.
